Unless otherwise indicated, all walks are from 7:00-8:30 AM. Rubber boots or waterproof shoes are recommended due to wet grass and occasional muddy conditions. In consideration of wildlife and fellow birders, no pets please on the bird walks.

Thursday, May 12: Bangor City Forest, Bangor

Meet at the Bangor City Forest parking lot at the end of Kittredge Road
Saturday, May 14 (Spring Fest-International Migratory Bird Day): Fields Pond Audubon Center, Holden

Meet in Fields Pond Audubon Center parking lot
Tuesday, May 17: Essex Woods, Bangor

Meet in the parking lot at the end of Watchmaker Road
Wednesday, May 18: Kenduskeag Stream Trail, Bangor

Meet in the 2nd parking lot upstream of the intersection of Bruce Road and Valley Avenue
Thursday, May 19: West Penjajawoc Preserve, Bangor

Meet at the dead end of Fox Hollow Lane, off Essex Street

On Godfrey Drive go past Lexus Nexus on left, turn left after next white building, meet in the rear parking lot
Tuesday, May 24: University of Maine, Orono

Meet in the parking lot on Route 2 (Park Street), approximately 1 mile North of Rangeley Road campus entrance
Wednesday, May 25: Buckhill Conservation Area, Veazie
Leaders: Jim & Kathy Zeman
Turn off Route 2 in Veazie onto Greystone Park (at Stone Sparrow Café); go left at the first intersection (in front of Greystone sign) onto Mutton Road; drive through trailer park; continue uphill on gravel road about 0.3 miles and the parking area will be on the left, marked with a kiosk. Park inside the gate or off to the side of the road.
Friday, May 27: Saxl Park, Bangor

Meet in Cascade Park parking lot, just off State Street
